1 Cereale care contin gluten (grâu, secară, orz, ovăz, grâu spelt, grâu mare sau hibrizi ai acestora) și produse derivate.
Excepții:
a) siropurile de glucoză obţinute din grau, inclusiv dextroza;
b) maltodextrinele obţinute din grau;
c) siropurile de glucoză obţinute din orz;
d) cerealele folosite la producerea de distilate sau alcool etilic de origine agricolă pentru băuturi spirtoase și alte băuturi alcoolice.		 Glutént tartalmazó gabona (búza, rozs, árpa, zab, tönköly, kamut-búza vagy ezek hibrid változatai) és azokból készült termékek.
Kivételek:
a) búzából készült glükózszirup, beleértve a dextrózt is
b) búzából készült maltodextrin
c) árpából készült glükózszirup

6 Soia și produse derivate.
Excepții:
a) uleiul și grăsimile de soia, complet rafinate
b) amestecul natural de tocoferoli (E306), tocoferolul D-alfa natural, acetatul de tocoferol D- alfa natural, succinatul de tocoferol D-alfa natural, obţinuţi din soia;
c) fitosteroli și esteri de fitosterol derivaţi din uleiuri vegetale extrase din soia
d) esterul de stanol vegetal produs din sterolii obţinuţi din uleiuri vegetale extrase din soia.		 Szójabab és abból készült termékek.
Kivételek:
a) finomított szójabab-olaj és -zsír
b) szójababból származó természetes tokoferolok (E 306): természetes D-alfa tokoferol, természetes D-alfa tokoferol-acetát, természetes D-alfa tokoferol-szukcinát

8 Fructe cu coajă, de exemplu migdale (Amygdalus communis L.), alune de padure (Corylus avellana), nuci (Juglans regia), anacarde (Anacardium occidentale), nuci Pecan (Carya illinoiesis), nuci de Brazilia (Bertholletia excelsa), fistic (Pistacia vera), nuci de macadamia (Macadamia ternifolia) și nuci de Queensland și produse derivate.
Excepții:
Nucile folosite la producerea de distilate sau alcool etilic de origine agricolă pentru băuturi spirtoase și alte băuturi alcoolice.		 Diófélék, azaz mandula (Amygdalus communis L.), mogyoró (Corylus avellana), dió (Juglans regia), kesudió (Anacardium occidentale), pekándió (Carya illinoiesis), brazil dió (Bertholletiaexcelsa), pisztácia (Pistacia vera), makadámia és queenslandi dió (Macadamia ternifolia) és azokból készült termékek.
Kivételek:
diófélék, amelyből készült párlatot vagy mezőgazdasági eredetű etilalkoholt szeszes italok vagy egyéb alkoholtartalmú italok készítéséhez használják.		 Nuts (namely almond, hazelnut, walnut, cashew, pecan nut, Brazil nut, pistachio nut and Macadamia nut/Queensland nut) and products thereof.

9 Telina și produse derivate. Zeller és abból készült termékek. Celery and products thereof.

12 Dioxid de sulf și sulfiţi in concentraţii de peste 10 mg/kg sau 10 mg/litru, exprimate in SO2. Kén-dioxid és SO2-ben kifejezett szulfitok 10 mg/kg, illetve 10 mg/liter koncentrációt meghaladó mennyiségben. Sulphur dioxide and/ or sulphites at concentrations of more than 10mg/kg or 10mg/litre in terms of the total SO2.
