WE ARE HIRING! For the upcoming 2018 ADVENTURE SEASON, we are looking for enthusiastic and skilled OUTDOOR GROUND STAFF.
Contract duration: 1.03.2018 – 31.10.2018
Type of job: full time or part-time
The Role
- to ensure the safety and well-being of all of the park’s guests across all facilities: adventure courses, terrace, outdoor games and activities.
- to provide assistance and guidance where needed
- to ensure that each guest has an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountability
- Communicate with Guests
- Provide safety instructions and initiation training for Guests
- Sport events animation
- Guest service operations (Reception – Bar & Terrace – Climbing Area)
- Maintain guest safety across the adventure courses and activities
- Maintain assigned equipment, machinery and tools inventory
- General park facilities daily maintenance
- All other job duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
- Spoken languages: Romanian, Hungarian, English or German is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors
- A valid Driver’s License is a plus
Adrenalin park In-House Training
- Zip Line Operations (flying fox) and Adventure Course Operations
- Adventure Course Operator Certificate
- First Aid Course
- Hazardous and Emergency Situation Communications
- Customer Service and Guest Service Protocols (receptionist, waiter, bartender)
- Emergency procedures portocol
